We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and competitor activity to ensure our hotel remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and maintain competitiveness
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services for clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Monitor sales performance against targets and report progress to management
- Train, mentor, and support other members of the sales team

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Aarhus, Denmark
