Office Manager (Pakistani Nationals)
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Washington. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing office procedures, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Your primary goal will be to create a productive and efficient work environment for our employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate tasks to administrative staff
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and manage inventory
- Oversee daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Coordinate with HR department for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage budgeting and expense tracking for the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing company standards and protocols
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Attention to detail
- Pakistani nationality preferred
