Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Svalbard. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our company's computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of our company's computer systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and understand their specific needs and requirements
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve system performance, efficiency, and productivity
- Test new systems or updates to ensure functionality and compatibility with existing systems
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security principles
- Experience with data analysis and ability to identify patterns and trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience working in the finance industry
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
