Position: Barista/Barman
Location: Braga, Portugal
Salary: 900$ per month (without accommodation)

As a Barista/Barman at our busy coffee shop in Braga, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and creating a welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee and mixology skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and cocktails
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and shakers
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or barman is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and mixology with knowledge of different brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
