We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and designers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, techniques, tools, and software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
