Heavy Equipment Operator

A construction company in Alta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project needs
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
