Merchandiser (Retail Store)

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the retail store is visually appealing and products are strategically placed to attract customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve company goals
- Ensure all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with buyers to determine product assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques
- Maintain visual standards by regularly refreshing displays and signage
- Conduct store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and buying habits
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, etc.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aalborg, Denmark (accommodation provided)
