Crane Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes safely and efficiently, while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Maneuver loads into position accurately and safely
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Document daily crane activities including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and incident reports
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from recognized authority (e.g. NCCCO)
- Ability to read load charts and understanding of rigging techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport preferred
- Fluent in English (other languages such as Tagalog are an asset)

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus accommodation. This position is open for Filipinos with valid work permits.
