We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Remish, India. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. Your duties will include fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, painting and patching walls, repairing appliances and furniture, and completing general handyman tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have strong knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. You should also have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on our properties such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, patching walls, etc.
- Repair appliances and furniture as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues.
- Communicate with property managers to understand specific needs.
- Keep track of materials inventory and order supplies when necessary.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks.
