We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field and hold a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather necessary information
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
