Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant

Our busy restaurant in Randers is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Stock supplies in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
- Follow instructions from chefs and other kitchen staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen assistant preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
- Excellent time management skills
