Entry Level Sales Representative

We are hiring a motivated and energetic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kolding! In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads
- Presenting our products/services to potential clients through phone calls and in-person meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Attending sales meetings and trainings
- Achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on achieved sales, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not require previous experience or accommodation.
