Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects from concept to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and engineers
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Review project budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

Salary:
$1300 per month

Location:
Remish (accommodation provided)
