IT Manager - Aalborg, Denmark

Our growing company is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our organization. You will work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to support business objectives
- Manage and maintain the company's network, hardware, software, and telecommunications systems
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of new systems and equipment
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Develop a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience as an IT Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
