Online Consultant - Porto, Portugal
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers through online platforms. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or complaints. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any pending matters.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You should also have experience in using online platforms for communication and be comfortable working with technology. As an Online Consultant, you must be able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Follow up on any pending matters with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Familiarity with online platforms for communication (e.g. social media, live chat, email)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
Salary:
This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1100$. This does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. This position is open for both men and women.
Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal but may require occasional travel within the country if needed.
