Online Consultant - Biometric Passport Services

As an Online Consultant for our Biometric Passport Services, you will be responsible for providing remote support and guidance to clients applying for biometric passports. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email or chat to assist them in the biometric passport application process
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on biometric passports and related services
- Verify client information and documents to ensure they meet the requirements
- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns raised by clients during the application process
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with biometric passports and related processes is a plus

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Porto, Portugal (remote work is possible)
