As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients through online platforms. Your main duties will include answering client inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated client records.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You should be familiar with various online platforms and be comfortable working with technology. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered
- Utilize online tools and platforms to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with online platforms such as social media, chat, email, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
