Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at our five-star restaurant in Fonvieille. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain food cost control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Develop new recipes and dishes that align with the restaurant's concept
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen equipment for maintenance needs and schedule repairs as necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus while also maintaining classic dishes
- Familiarity with food cost control measures and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.
