Part-Time Executive Chef
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in the beautiful city of Fonvieille, Monaco. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as managing and training kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for all kitchen supplies
- Ensure consistent quality of food presentation and taste
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Proficient in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule will vary based on the needs of the business but may include weekends or evenings.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month based on experience.
