Junior Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting senior architects with the design, planning, and construction of industrial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for industrial projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess potential design constraints
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs comply with safety standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and address any issues that may arise during the design process
- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials that may impact the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software is required; experience with BIM software is a plus
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
