Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Nationals
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Herzliya. This role is suitable for experienced candidates with a strong track record in sales, specifically within the hospitality industry. We are looking for an Indian national with excellent English communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Salary: $1700 per month (plus commission)
Location: Herzliya, Israel (own accommodation required)
Visa: Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Israel.
