Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
Requirements:
- Indian national living in El-Ain or willing to relocate
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
