Job Title: Sales Representative (Contract) - Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo, Norway. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our company's products or services to potential customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Generate leads and cold call potential clients
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and customer service
- Meet sales targets and report sales activities to management
- Collaborate with team members to develop new sales strategies and improve overall sales performance

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but prior sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
