Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for our clients in the city of La-Condamine. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, designing bouquets and centerpieces, and managing inventory and supplies. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by understanding the specific needs of each client and creating custom designs to meet their preferences.

We are looking for someone with a passion for flowers and creativity to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a florist, with a strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As this is an urgent job opening, we require someone who can start immediately. Please note that this is not a live-in position and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral designs for clients according to their preferences
- Select appropriate flowers based on color, seasonality, and budget
- Arrange bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral displays using different techniques
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies when needed
- Keep track of orders, deliveries, and payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' requests and offering suggestions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create unique designs
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work on weekends or holidays as needed
