As a Senior Architect in our growing firm, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of commercial and residential projects in Braga, Portugal. Your expertise in architectural design and project management will be utilized to create innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and techniques to inform design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an architect with a portfolio of completed projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management and project management abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Braga or Portugal
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and materials
- Fluency in Portuguese
