Senior Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our reputable accounting firm in Kolding. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in accounting and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for our clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports as needed
- Manage month-end and year-end closings
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall efficiency of the accounting process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Biometric passport is required due to international client base

Salary: $1400 per month
