Office Manager (Ashdod, Israel)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Support HR functions by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate communication and resolve any issues
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
- Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
$1500 per month
This is a full-time position based in Ashdod, Israel. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Israel. No English language skills are required for this position.
