Office Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise office staff
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: 1600$ per month
