Barista (Jerusalem)



We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure quality control by following recipe guidelines and using proper equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and processing payments
- Educate customers on our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and preparation techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English proficiency is required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have valid work permit for Jerusalem
