A reputable construction company in Doha is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to instructions and standards
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials using the crane
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safety during operations
- Follow all safety rules and regulations on site at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including equipment maintenance and usage logs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry is required
- Must have a valid crane operator's license or certification
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating cranes in Qatar or other Gulf countries
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to read blueprints or diagrams
