Sales Manager for Randers, Denmark
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in the city of Randers, Denmark. Your primary goal will be to drive and maximize sales performance while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective sales strategies to meet their goals. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team's performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed, and continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving overall business objectives.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques. You should be results-driven and have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is preferred but not required.
