Sales Manager
We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve company targets and goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Create sales reports and analyze data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the past positions held
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: $1200 per month
This position does not include accommodation but does provide a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
