We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Greenland. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing plaster, preparing surfaces for plastering, and using hand tools to shape and smooth the plaster.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Plasterer and be knowledgeable in different types of plaster and their applications. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix plaster according to specific ratios
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying sealants or primers
- Apply plaster using hand tools such as trowels and brushes
- Smooth out imperfections in the plaster using sandpaper or other tools
- Create decorative patterns or textures on the surface of the plaster
- Repair any cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights or with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of safety procedures while working at heights or with hazardous materials
