Job Title: Part-Time Moderator in Aarhus


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Moderator to join our team in Aarhus. As a Part-Time Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online discussions, forums, and chats to ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions, forums, and chats to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and address any inappropriate or offensive content
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective moderation strategies
- Report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate department
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone when interacting with users

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in online moderation or customer service is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and chat rooms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally

Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)

Location: Aarhus, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
