We are hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Funchal. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends, creating reports and visualizations, and providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis and create relevant visualizations
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Develop predictive models and forecasts using statistical methods
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large datasets efficiently
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 900$
Location: Funchal (remote options available)
