Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the supervision of a Senior Architect. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Create 2D and 3D models and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other project documentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently enrolled as a student)
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1700 per month (part-time)
