Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will lead and manage a team of architects to ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects. You will be based in La-Condamine and will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural plans and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into feasible architectural solutions
- Review project proposals, budgets, and timelines to determine feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail with strong project management skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
