We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Porto. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of our construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all team members
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including managing contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses, including forecasting and reporting
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Preferred:
- Experience working on similar projects in Porto
- Portuguese language proficiency

Salary: $900 per month
