Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and increase revenue. You will be based in Esbjerg and will receive a salary of 1500$ per month. This position does not include accommodation, but it does offer a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate deals
- Monitor competition, market trends, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and best practices
- Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the Esbjerg region or Denmark
- Familiarity with the shipping or logistics industry
