Female Web Designer
We are seeking a creative and talented Female Web Designer to join our team in Porto. As a female-owned company, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, and this position is specifically open to women.
As our Female Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the design aligns with technical requirements and integrates seamlessly into the final product.
Responsibilities:
- Design website layouts, graphics, and UI elements that align with client needs
- Use creativity and industry knowledge to develop innovative design solutions
- Collaborate with development team to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from clients to make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns or feedback
- Work efficiently within project timelines and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or relevant role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This position is based in Porto. While we prefer someone local, we are open to remote candidates who can work within Porto's time zone.
