Freelance Florist - Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Florist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Freelance Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing the overall operations of the flower shop.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for flowers and a creative eye for design. Previous experience as a florist is preferred, but we are also open to training candidates with a strong interest in floristry. As this is a freelance position, you must have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements based on client preferences
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage the overall operations of the flower shop
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in floristry

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when necessary
