Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing and debugging software applications according to specifications
- Collaborating with the development team to identify areas for improvement and new features
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
- Writing technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes
