A well-established construction company in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team of professionals. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and gather data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment
- Record accurate measurements and data using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to create maps, diagrams, and other visual representations
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land measurements and resolve them promptly
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Prepare reports and documents detailing survey findings and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
