Plumber Technician


As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and ensure the safety and quality of work performed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future problems
- Respond to emergency calls and provide timely solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Physical ability to perform manual labor such as lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, etc.
- Valid plumber license/certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
