We are in search of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the architecture field and be knowledgeable in all aspects of architectural design and construction processes. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects to successful completion. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process of multiple architectural projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Lead a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review architectural plans to ensure they meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably as a manager or lead architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
