Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team at our beautiful gardens in Porto, Portugal. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our gardens, ensuring they remain vibrant and well-maintained year-round. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various plants, flowers, and trees in the gardens
- Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Designing and implementing new landscaping features as directed
- Ensuring the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the gardens
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient garden maintenance operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, bending, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues with plants or garden equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
