Office Manager
We are currently hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running. You will work closely with the management team and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor budget and expenses
- Support HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
