Office Manager in Copenhagen (Contract)
As an office manager in our Copenhagen office, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company. Your role will involve managing the office budget, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing employee schedules and tracking vacation time. We are looking for an experienced individual who is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office
- Manage office budget, including expenses and invoices
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, booking venues, and arranging travel accommodations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage employee schedules and track vacation time
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Copenhagen (visa sponsorship available)
Contract length: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
