Our busy office in Siauliai is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees if necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
