Arabic-Speaking Office Assistant
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
Salary: 900 USD/month
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented office assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Arabic-speaking office assistant, you will support our office operations and assist with administrative tasks. This role requires fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
